How long does it take to deliver the goods?
It normally takes around 7 days from placing the order in the USA. The UK may take a day or two longer, but no more. Other parts of the world vary, so please ask. This is for standard (free) delivery, if you want something quicker please let us know and we will provide an estimate of cost. Please refer also to our Shipping Policy.
How secure is my payment?
The security of your information is the highest priority for us. You can use any popular credit card, but we use PAYPAL as our Payment Service Provider. PayPal is an ultra-secure provider which uses 128-bit software (SSL) and encrypts all the Debit and Credit card information you input before it is sent to us. VedaUK does not hold, store or even see credit card details.
Currently you can also use GooglePay, but we understand this is being phased out by Google. When they replace it, we will review the situation.
Can I pay in any currency?
We use a currency converter which gives the price in GBP, USD, AUD, CAD and Euro but if you want to pay in another local currency you can do. Your credit card company or PayPal will make the conversion. Please note that charges may be applied by your provider.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately (email@example.com). In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we cannot guarantee we can cancel your order.
Can I add a product to an order?
Once you have placed your order and emptied your cart, you cannot change that, but all you need to do is place another order. It is normally free shipping anyway.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you want to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org). In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we cannot guarantee we can make the change.
Can I trace my package?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a delivery confirmation by email with a tracking number. By clicking the tracking link you will be directed to the courier website which will display the latest information about your delivery. Please refer also to our Shipping Policy.
What if I don’t receive my package?
We offer a full refund if you don’t receive your package, but sometimes it can be delayed in customs, so please contact us if you have any concerns. Refer also to our Refund Policy.
What if the goods are damaged?
If the goods are faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund provided you return the goods to us in the original packaging for inspection. If the damage occurred during delivery, we may have to claim against the shipper.
Alternatively, if the goods are usable and you are happy to keep them, we can offer you a partial refund or money off another order. Refer also to our Refund Policy.
What if the goods are not as described?
Sometimes, sizes and colours in the photographs can be deceiving. Differences in screen definition can cause colours to appear differently and we have no control over that.
Also, an object can look bigger than it actually is due to the subject matter of the photograph (a towel on a small baby can look massive). We advise you to check the dimensions given in the product description first, but if you are really unhappy please contact our customer services team (email@example.com).
