Baby Nasal Aspirator Set Clears Blocked Noses
Is a blocked nose giving your baby problems breathing?
This is why you need a baby nasal aspirator. Babies get runny noses all the time, it’s nothing to worry about but it can cause irritation and discomfort when you continuously use tissue paper to wipe it. When you get a sniffle, you blow your nose and it’s clear for a while. Babies can’t do that for themselves so you need to give a little help.
Easily unblock your baby’s nose with a nasal aspirator
This baby nasal aspirator has been developed to deal with the problem of blocked noses in babies and toddlers. Through gentle nasal suction, mucous is removed safely and cleanly. To use, place the soft bulbous end into your baby’s nostril and put the other tube into your mouth, then gently suck. Don’t worry, you won’t get the contents of baby’s nose in your mouth! This is collected in the clear chamber, which can then be unscrewed and emptied. Repeat for the other nostril if required.
The dropper can also be used to remove mucous by squeezing the bulb before inserting in the nostril and gently releasing the pressure. The tweezers may be used with caution to remove any solid matter that could be blocking the nose.
Rinse the tubes and bulb after each use by sucking through water that has been boiled for 2 to 3 minutes and allowed to cool. Shake to remove all droplets and leave to dry on a clean surface such as a saucer or plate. Once a day the set should be thoroughly cleaned using a 70% isopropyl alcohol solution (as you would find in any good hand-sanitizer) in the same way, making sure you empty it from the tubes and it is completely dry before using again. Always clean the set before using on another child to avoid cross-contamination, or better still, if you have twins get a set for each!
This little snot sucker is a must-have for any medicine cabinet.
